The stage of this process is to take hard look at every business process that involves the application. We need to determine what features in accordance with the logic of business processes, and in fact delay the wrong business processes are designed. Now I have a deep familiarity with each process, now I can interview members involved in the execution of each process. I need to take detailed notes on how they implement part of the process and know when the current application is not missing any opportunities, or have any disabilities that affect their work.
Putting It All Together
Now we have interviewed all the right people, we must get a referral process. Personally, I use Visio, but you can use pen and paper or in any way you want. The main goal is to create a detailed block diagram of the steps of each business process, and pieces of existing applications to use. I also noticed on the map, what portion of the application to be processed. Finally, it gives you a clear understanding of the scope of the project, and you’ll know which parts can be transferred directly to the server SQL, and that must be processed prior to transmission. Remember that our main goal, to get full access to data and, possibly, moving between the front edge of the end of the platform that meets the needs of business better.
